Bedale, North Yorkshire - Broadacres Housing Association
JNR Contracting was appointed to carry out External Wall Insulation to a number of homes in the Bedale area owned by Broadacres Housing Association. JNR Contracting also carried out EPC's, A RICS Survey and carried out a feasibility study on the homes. The homes were identified as unsuitable for Cavity Wall Insulation due to breached Concrete Finlock Gutters which had failed, and were leaking water into the cavities, soaking the existing material. JNR Contracting removed the wet damp insulation, and carried out External Wall Insulation to the properties which cured the severe damp and degradation the homes were suffering from.
